Stop Congress From Exempting Itself From ObamaCare!

Dear Friend,

I am not making this up. It is not an April Fool's joke.

The top legislative leaders in Congress -- Reid, Boehner, McConnell, and Hoyer -- are now "engaged in high level confidential talks about exempting lawmakers and Capitol Hill aides from the insurance exchanges they are mandated to join as part of President Obama's health care overhaul" according to
Apparently, "aides and lawmakers in both parties fear that staffers -- especially low-paid junior aides -- could be hit with thousands of dollars in new health care cars, prompting them to seek jobs elsewhere.  Older, more senior aides could also retire to jump to the private sector rather than face a big financial penalty."
Too damn bad!  Politico reports that "lawmakers -- especially those with long careers in public service and smaller bank accounts -- are also concerned about the hit to their own wallets."
Each party understands that it would be suicidal to pass the exemption on its own, so they are working together to do so in tandem so the American people have no one to blame.  A source (anonymous of course) told Politico "everyone has to hold hands on this and jump or nothing is going to get done."
Staff members of Congress are also usually given federal subsidies to help to repay their student loans, a privilege those of us in the private sector who work for a living don't get.

What you voted for the goose is good for the gander!
We will forward your signature to President Obama and your Senators and Congressman.  Please be sure to include your name, hard mailing address, and your email so we can do so.

Why in the world would the American people not protest the fact that Congress exempted themselves from Obama Care? There should be a law that anything Congress approves for the American people to participate in; they may NOT exempt themselves.
Seriously! It's absurd.
The President, Senators, and Congresspersons who are fortunate to serve this country need to incorporate into their being the meaning of, "We the people." The constitution doesn't state: "Those people over there..." So why the special provisions within Obama Care for our legislatures, President, and CEOs? The only reason I could come up with is we must live in an unspoken caste system.
I truly think its unfair for the lawmakers to get medical and a pension for matter how long they serve..thats wrong...
Shame to Congress! Obamacare is Agenda 21, and We Know It!
Congress should not be able to exempt themselves form laws they create
How arrogant and disconnected to the American public, that Congress would exempt themselves from this law. The Founding Fathers would never have approved...Shame on Congress, Boot them from their seats at next election.
